Cancellation Policy: We have a 72 hours ( 3 days) cancellation policy on reservations of one room less than 7 days. On reservations of 7 days or longer we have a one week cancelltion policy. On reservations more than a month ahead , we have a one week cancellation policy.  Cut off time is 2:00pm. Cancellations received after the cut off period ( three days or one week , before check in date, respectively,) will result in a one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Please note: We do have a two night minmum over the weekends. Some holidays and UCSB Graduation weekend require a three night stay minimum.

Tax:All rates are without city bed tax. City bed tax is currently 12%

Non -smoking policy: All of our rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted in the courtyard. Guest who do not observe our non- smoking policy in the rooms, will be charged $250.00 per occurrence

Pet policy: You are welcome to bring your dogs to stay with you. There is a $10 extra dog fee, per dog, per day. Dogs are allowed in the courtyard on leash.  Dogs are not to be left in room unattended at anytime.

Extended stays: Please call us for extended stays and special weekly and monthly rates. We'll be happy to find the right room or apartment for your needs.  No monthly rates in July or August.
