Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel the reservation, we require notification to avoid a charge for one night's room rate plus tax. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy on reservations less than 7 days. On reservations for 7 days or longer we have a one week cancelltion policy. Cut off time is 2:00 pm. If you call or email to cancel please make sure to receive and keep your cancellation number. 

Please note: We do have a two night minmum over the weekends. Some holidays and UCSB Graduation weekend require a three night stay minimum.

Tax:All rates are without city bed tax. City bed tax is currently 12% plus $1.00 per night per room.

Non -smoking policy: All of our rooms are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted in the courtyard. Guests who do not observe our non- smoking policy in the rooms, will be charged $250.00 per occurrence

Pet policy: You are welcome to bring your dogs to stay with you. There is a $10 extra dog fee, per dog, per night. Dogs are allowed in the courtyard on leash.  Dogs are not to be left in room unattended at anytime.

Extended stays: Please call us for extended stays and special weekly and monthly rates. We'll be happy to find the right room or apartment for your needs.  No monthly rates in July or August.
