All units have recently been refurbished.

King Room. Bright sunny room with king bed, large shower, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and flat panel TV. This is a single story room.

Family Suite. Main room has a  king bed with fireplace and flat panel TV. The second room has two twin size beds. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, full bath with tub/shower. Window overlooking courtyard. This is a single story room.

Queen Studio. Two queen beds, fireplace and flat panel TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Dressing area. Kitchen with dining area for two. Window overlooking courtyard. This is a single story room.

King Studio. King bed, easy chairs, fireplace, flat panel TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Dressing area. Kitchen with dining area for two. Window overlooking courtyard. This is a single story room.

One Bedroom Apartment. King bed in the bedroom with TV. The living room has 1 queen sofa sleeper, with flat panel TV. Large kitchen with dining area for 4. Large bathroom with soaking tub. Downstairs. Window overlooking the courtyard.

Queen Patio. Upstairs unit with private deck. Queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and full bath with tub/shower.

King Patio Apartment. Our largest apartment. Second story unit with private upstairs patio. Separate bedroom with king bed and flat panel TV. Large living room with 2 queen size sofa beds and flat panel TV. Large shower and kitchen with dining area.

Queen Patio and King Patio Apartment can be connected to be a 2 bedroom, two bath apartment. Makes for a very spacious unit  [Top]

Pet Friendly Rules at Beach House Inn. We are happy to welcome you and your pet. So that we may continue this service without complaints from our pet-less guests, we would appreciate you abiding by the following rules.

• Do not leave your dogs unattended at the inn at anytime.
• Please do not allow your dog to use the courtyard as a toilet. We want to keep things nice for all of our guests. There is a park nearby for ball playing, running, etc.
• When sitting in the courtyard, let your dog enjoy the fresh air, but attached to his or her leash for the ease of mind of our other guests.
• Be prepared to pick up after your dogs when you walk them, city parks charge a fine for not doing so.
• "Dog waste" should be wrapped tightly in a plastic bag and disposed of in the parking lot garbage bin.
• Do not leave your pets alone in the room. If you cannot take your pet with you, please arrange for a pet sitter. If dogs are left alone in the room, we will arrange for a pet sitter, which you'll have to pay for it, minimum 4 hours to be paid.  
• Any ideas you can give us regarding traveling with pets will be appreciated. We will share them with our other guests. Enjoy your stay.
• There are several pet sitters in town if you are here to work and need to leave your pet all day. We’ll be happy to give you referrals. 
• Dogs are $10 extra per dog per night. [Top]
