Cozy King. One King Bed. This is a bright sunny room with king bed, large shower and a gas fireplace. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and flat panel TV. This is a ground floor room. Front room towards quiet street. There is only one room like this and it goes quickly.  Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Family Room. King and 2 twin beds. This room has a king size bed when you first walk into the room with a gas fireplace and flat panel tv. Down the hall is a small second room with two extra long twin beds and a flat panel tv. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with dishes and silverware. No separate sitting area.  Two chairs in main room.  Window overlooking garden courtyard. This is a ground floor room. There is only one room like this available.  Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Studio Two Queens. Two queen beds and a kitchen. Fireplace and flat panel TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Dressing area. Kitchen has small dining table for two. Window overlooking garden courtyard. This is a ground floor room.  Maximum occupancy 4 persons.

Studio King. King bed with kitchen. Fireplace and flat panel TV. Full bath with tub/shower. Dressing area. Kitchen has small dining table for two. Window overlooking garden courtyard. This is a ground floor room. Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite. King bed in the bedroom with flat panel TV and fireplace. The living room has one queen sofa sleeper, with flat panel TV and fireplace. Large kitchen with dining area for 4. Large bathroom with soaking tub. Ground floor room. Window overlooking the garden courtyard.  Maximum occupancy 4 persons.

Quiet Queen Patio. Upstairs unit with private deck. Queen bed, flat panel TV, fireplace, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and full bath with tub/shower.  This room  has the fun 1950's pink tile in the bathroom.  One of a kind room that has a high request rate. Maximum occupancy 2 persons.

King Patio Suite. Our largest suite. Second story unit with private upstairs patio. Separate bedroom with king bed and flat panel TV. Large living room with 2 queen size sofa beds and flat panel TV. Large shower and kitchen with dining area.  Maximum occupancy 6 persons.  This room usually rents for one week at a time.

Queen Patio and King Patio Apartment can be connected to be a 2 bedroom, two bath apartment. Makes for a very spacious unit  [Top]

Pet Friendly Rules at Beach House Inn. We are happy to welcome you and your dog. So that we may continue this service without complaints from our pet-less guests, we would appreciate you abiding by the following rules.

• Do not leave your dogs unattended at the inn at anytime.
• Please do not allow your dog to use the courtyard as a toilet. We want to keep things nice for all of our guests. There is a park nearby for ball playing, running, etc.
• When sitting in the courtyard, let your dog enjoy the fresh air, but attached to his or her leash for the ease of mind of our other guests. 
• Do not leave your pets alone in the room. If you cannot take your dog with you, please arrange for a pet sitter. If dogs are left alone in the room, we will arrange for a pet sitter, which will be charged to your account.   
• There are several pet sitters in town if you are here to work and need to leave your pet all day. We’ll be happy to give you referrals. 
• Dogs are $10 extra per dog per night.
